The website sofiaargiti.gr uses the cookies that are necessary for it to work and, only with your consent, analytics cookies of the Google Analytics service. In addition, the embedded Google map on the Contact page and Google’s reCAPTCHA service, which protects the contact form from spam, may set cookies of their own. We do not use profiling or advertising cookies. This Policy explains what cookies are, exactly which ones we use and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 and the guidelines of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website work properly (e.g. remembering your cart) and, on other websites, serve statistical or advertising purposes. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent; all the others do.

The booking form does not set cookies; the details you enter remain in your browser’s memory until the booking is completed. At the payment step, the payment provider sets its own security and fraud-prevention cookies, which are necessary to complete the transaction: with Stripe, __stripe_mid (1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes); with Viva, the payment is completed in Viva’s secure environment, which sets cookies according to its own policy.
2.2 Analytics — only with your consent (Google Analytics)
Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Ltd, is activated only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice; before that it is not loaded and sets no cookies. It shows us aggregated data about how the website is used (how many visitors open it, which pages are read, from which device and where they came from), so that we can improve it. We have disabled Google signals and ads personalisation and do not use this data for advertising or profiling. The statistics are retained in Google Analytics for 14 months. Google processes them as a processor on our behalf, in accordance with the Google privacy policy.

The fonts of the website and of the booking form are loaded from our own server, not from Google. The links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok open the respective services in a new window; they do not load third-party content or cookies on our website.
3. How to manage cookies
You can give or withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page or . Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — “Privacy and security” section). If you block the strictly necessary cookies, some features, such as the online shop cart or completing a payment, may not work.
